02:27We have to update really a lot of our criminal laws, especially on national security.

02:36The NBI or National Bureau of Investigation is discussing the two arrests in Palawan.

02:44But the National Security Council said that there are a lot of arrests because of espionage.

02:52And all of these went through the case build-up and surveillance operations.
