00:08here in the Northern and Central Luzon.

00:10While here in the Southern Luzon, down to Mindanao,

00:13the effect of the Easter Leaves or the hot wind is expected to come from the east.

00:17The encounter of the Northeast Monsoon and the Easter Leaves,

00:20also known as the shear line,

00:21is not affected today because the Northeast Monsoon is weak.

00:25The cloud cluster or cluster of clouds in the east of Mindanao is also noticeable.

00:29So, to our fellow citizens there,

00:32That is the effect of the Easter Leaves.

00:33There will be rains for today in a large part of Mindanao.

01:23like the mountains here in Marunduque, Bicol Region, and Oriental Mindoro.

01:30For Metro Manila, the temperature is from 23°C to 31°C.

01:34While it is still a bit cold here in Northern and Central Luzon,

01:37especially in the early hours,

01:39for Baguio City, it is at 14°C to 24°C.

01:43In Tuguegarao, it is the coldest at 22°C.

01:47For our fellowmen here in Palawan,

01:49it is still expected that it will rain sometimes,

01:51especially in Central and Southern portions,

01:54like the Easter Leaves.

01:55While here in Visayas,

01:57it is expected to rain the most during the Northern and Eastern Summer.

04:54For the rest of Visayas

04:56and a large portion of Luzon,

04:58the Northeast Monsoon will be strong

05:00early next week.

05:02Here in Cagayan Valley, Aurora,

05:04Quezon, Bicol Region,

05:06and nearby areas in Cordillera Region

05:08such as Rizal, Laguna,

05:10and some parts of Mimaropa.

05:12While the majority of the country

05:14will experience isolated light rains,

05:16it is possible that early next week

05:18we will have record low temperatures

05:20especially in the early hours

05:22in many areas of Luzon.
