A study has found that people with ‘posh’ accents are less likely to be found guilty, by a jury. Do you feel we are prejudged, based on our Bristolian accent?

00:00It's interesting, that's, yeah, it's kind of like you see a bias in juries that they
00:07just kind of assume based on your accent. That's, I wouldn't agree with that, man.
00:13So I'm born in Bristol, so I've got a little bit of a Bristol slang, you know, I'm a Brazilian.
00:18And yes, unfortunately, I've had from, you know, my career, from all sorts, I've had
00:23people who've been, who made me like, interested differently in my accent. So I sometimes have
00:28to kind of put like a London style accent on. And only when I break out, they're like,
00:33oh, you're from the West Country. And yes, no, I've had, unfortunately, have been affected
00:38in a bad way.
00:39Now, I don't think there's any accent other than the Bristolian people. Because if you
00:46go anywhere in this country, and they'll say, where do you come from? And when you
00:53say Bristol, oh, oh, what's it like in Bristol? It's a lovely place to live.
