Housing Minister Matthew Pennycook has confirmed the UK is not looking to join the Pan-Euro-Mediterranean Convention, which enables tariff-free trade across Europe and parts of North Africa. While dismissing the arrangement, he reiterated the Government's aim for a "closer relationship with our European partners" in post-Brexit trade.
