00:00Do you want to learn how to cook fried chicken that is a level up recipe and perfect for quick cooking?
00:07Well, we will teach you how to cook the Juicy Boneless Fried Chicken here at Sarap Pinoy.
00:17In every food, there are dishes that will not be missed from our list.
00:22This is one of the new favorites of Filipinos, the Boneless Fried Chicken.
00:27It is known for its crispy skin and tender meat.
00:31So, to teach us how to cook it, we will have Ms. Chesca Costes and Chef Nowayuki Fausto here at Sarap Pinoy.
00:45So, we will get the marinated portion chicken. We also marinated it.
00:51Now, we will start the breading. For the breading, we already marinated it.
00:56So, we have step 1, step 2, and step 3.
01:00For this breading, just make sure that the marination is correct.
01:05We marinate it properly so that it will not be too salty. At the same time, the crispiness of the chicken will be retained.
01:14Now, let's move on to step 2. Step 2 is the wet butter so that the first coating will stick to the chicken.
01:22And then, for the second part, make sure that the wet part should be removed so that the chicken will not be too wet.
01:31The wet butter and first coating should be applied thinly so that the breading will not be too thick.
01:39Step 3, the breading part.
01:42So, when you are breading, make sure that you remove the excess part of the chicken so that the flakes will come out and the breading will not be too thick.
01:53So, you should be able to see the flakes and you should coat it well so that the portion of the breading will be even.
02:02After coating the chicken well with the breading, we will cook it in the deep fryer.
02:08Just make sure that we will cook it for 6 minutes so that it will still be juicy.
02:13Because if we cook it for more than 6 minutes, the juiciness of the chicken will be gone.
02:19So, our Crispy Boneless Fried Chicken is cooked after 6 minutes.
02:25Of course, we are not done yet. We have flavors here like Spicy Butter and Garlic Parmesan Alfredo.
02:33So, these flavors are really designed for the Filipino palate.
02:37So, our first flavor is Spicy Butter.
02:40So, after we dip it in our delicious flavorings, we add Magic Taktak to add flavor to our liquid flavor.
02:55If you want it to be spicier, we add Cayenne.
02:59So, just to finish up, this is our last garnish for Spicy Butter.
03:05So, our next flavor is the Garlic Parmesan Alfredo.
03:10For us, it is very saucy and very creamy.
03:14We will add a garnish which is the Fried Garlic.
03:23And then, we also add Parmesan.
03:28Our last part is, of course, the greens, the parsley, so that the chicken will still be juicy.
03:38This is now our Crispy Boneless Fried Chicken.
