6 Week Alaska Adventure. Our family or 5 spent 6 weeks fishing, camping, hiking, exploring, fossil hunting, gold mining, kayaking and traveling through Alaska. We camped on uninhabited islands, rented fishing boats, landed planes on glaciers, cooked salmon on the river bank and explored abandoned WWII military bases.
