00:00Dump truck and van collided on the C5 Road in Quezon City.

00:06According to the truck driver, he was trying to avoid something that's why he was in the red van.

00:15The traffic light on the other side of the C5 lane in Quezon City turned on at 4.40 in the morning.

00:20A dump truck from the southbound lane suddenly turned left.
