00:07Pope Francis also has a sermon here.

00:10The homily should last for just 8 minutes so that the worshipers won't fall asleep.

00:15Some of the worshipers fell asleep here this Sunday.

00:18This was pointed out by Katrina Son.

00:23Every Sunday, the Catholic Churches are full because it is the day of Mass.

00:27One important part of this is the homily or sermon of the priest after reading the Gospel.

00:35But sometimes, some of the worshipers fell asleep because of this or because they didn't listen much.

00:42But Pope Francis himself reminded the priests,

00:46as much as possible, the homily should not pass for more than 8 minutes so that the worshipers won't fall asleep.

00:53Fr. Jerome Ceciliano of the Catholic Bishop Conference of the Philippines said,

00:57the sermon can be done without taking a bath.

01:01What can some of the worshipers say?

01:04I think it's better if it's more excise and more specific.

01:07When the homily is too long, I cannot focus myself.

01:11And then, after that, I forget everything.

01:14It's better if it's long so that I can understand it,

01:17instead of being in a hurry.

01:19The quality of the homily, I don't think it's too long or too short.

01:26In front of the Holy Father and some famous comedians,

01:30he reminded them that they can joke about God,

01:34but it should not hurt the feelings of those who believe.
