00:22 Authorities are watching over this area after ordering swimming to be prohibited here.

00:32 Residents of Baseco Beach in Manila are now allowed to swim in the sea.

00:37 Especially now that it's hot and they can only walk a distance from the beach.

00:41 But authorities are prohibiting swimming in the sea.

00:45 We don't know why it's prohibited.

00:47 We're being harassed.

00:50 Then, the police are making us angry.

00:55 That's all. It's prohibited up to that point.

00:59 The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, or DNR, said that the level of coliform is high here and it's dangerous for health.

01:07 The children are being instructed to swim here.

01:10 It's like they're losing their feelings.

01:14 Residents are now saying that swimming in the sea is prohibited.

01:18 They are also prohibiting basketball, especially now that it's hot.

01:23 So that they can play when there's no class, they are just joining in catching fish.

01:29 Meanwhile, Susan, authorities are continuously talking to residents to follow the regulations as far as it's prohibited.
