Man arrested after dramatic high speed chase in north-west Melbourne

A man is in custody after a dramatic and highly dangerous high speed car chase North-West of Melbourne. The man led police on a 20 kilometre chase from Melton to Bacchus Marsh narrowly missing other traffic before being arrest by special operations police.
