Chatham car park branded 'a disgrace' despite refurbishment

Chatham's Brook Car Park has been branded 'still a disgrace' by Medway's Labour leader Vince Maple despite refurbishment beginning on the building. Medway council is under scrutiny for lacklustre car park improvements and a petition has been set up demanding improvements to the car park.
