Navjot Singh Sidhu Speech at the Congress Plenary Session 2018

Navjot Singh Siddhu called the former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh a ‘sardar’ and ‘asardar’(effective). He was speaking at the 84th Congress Plenary Session. He went on to say that Dr Singh’s silence could do what the BJP’s shouting could not.
