Woman Trying Parasailing Fails to Take Off From the Ground

This woman was strapped to a parachute and ran on the beach to take off so she could parasail. However, the instructor realized that a cord was broken, and it was unsafe for her to fly. The boat drawing her in the air was immediately stopped, and the woman fell back on the beach.
